Gamecredits has worked with gaming industry leaders, Datcroft LTD., for two years for the development of the first crypto mobile gaming store. In order to gamify their mobile gaming store, GameCredits will use MobileGo tokens.
MobileGo are the smart contract tokens that will be issued on both the Ethereum and Waves blockchains, and will be the center-piece of several new mobile gaming technologies.
These tokens will also be used by GameCredits to incentivize gamers for loyalty and participation through rewards. The benefits including purchase discounts and free sponsored tournament entries will be on offer for gamers with profile in the store. Profile status will enable the players to win rewards, which will be achieved with MobileGo token ownership among other things.
The MobileGo tokens’ smart technology will help in further decentralization of the gaming space, as the smart contract technology will allow for the development of a decentralized virtual mobile gamer marketplace where players can trade virtual items and in game content.
The smart contract technology underlying MobileGo tokens will also enable the ability for gamer vs. gamer decentralized match play and decentralized tournaments run on smart contracts.
The mobile gaming store has a proprietary payment gateway with Gamecredits cryptocurrency (GAME) as the core coin used for all game and in-game content purchases. Credit cards and other local payment methods within the gateway can be used to acquire GameCredits. As of now, the Gamecredits Mobile Store has over 300 games which are planned to be expanded to 1000s in 2017.
MobileGo tokens will be launched in the official crowdsale on April 25, 2017.
