First — an apology for the lack of coverage over the past few days. I am traveling but will be back full-force at the end of the week.
This past weekend, a Bitcoin Job Fair took place at the Plug and Play Tech Center in Silicon Valley. Turns out it was a pretty big deal.
All told, there were about four hundred job seekers in attendance — with thirty-four bitcoin-related companies in attendance to recruit potential candidates.
According to a job fair organizer, more information how many job seekers have been hired by these very employers.
Of course that information will be interesting, and we’ll go ahead and update you when that data becomes available.
Speaking of employers, some big names were on hand, including BitPay, Blockchain, Circle Internet Financial and Kraken.
Bitcoin evangelist Andreas Antonopoulos was also in attendance, delivering remarks.
Were you in attendance at the event? Tell us about it!
