With the Bitcoin price up, it is clear once again that those who called for Bitcoin’s coming death were once again wrong. Well, well, well… So it seems the bitcoin price is once again attempting to climb the ladder to greatness.
Following massive fluctuations that saw the price of the digital currency stumble well below $200 for a short while, the price of bitcoin has now risen up like the morning sun and is clinging onto the side of the mountain for dear life, currently sitting at a flat-lining $232.
Of course, there are many out there that truly believe with every fiber of their being that bitcoin could be doing a lot better. Furthermore, they would probably love a chance to shove the handsomely rising price into the faces of all those angry crypto-haters.
Some compare bitcoin to stocks. Price goes up, price goes down. Risk goes up, risk goes down. It has its good days and it has its bad days, and it’s not always easy to predict what’s going to happen next.
Regarding the current price, $232 is enough to spark a glimmer of hope in all bitcoin enthusiasts living across the globe, but a glimmer is not necessarily enough to bring back the love and inspiration we all saw, for example, at the end of 2013, when one bitcoin was worth over $1,100. $232 is like that small sip of wine one might experience in a tasting room. It’s good and it fires up the taste buds a little bit, but in the end, it doesn’t compare to having the bottle in your hand.
So let’s await the future with bated breath. Bitcoin has been down and out before and maybe with enough time, that $232 sip can once again turn into a cool, chilled glass filled to the top.
