In support of Bitcoin Black Friday, of which Coinbase is a sponsor, the company has announced today that they will be waiving all fees on the shopping holiday, allowing its customer to buy, sell, and receive Bitcoins without having to pay fees.
Black Friday is the day following Thanksgiving in the United States where many retailers offer extremely discounted pricing on products in effort to move them in time for the Holiday season. The Bitcoin community is doing something similar, dubbed Bitcoin Black Friday. A number of retailers who accept Bitcoin will also be offering attractive discounts.
