Sweat Economy, a Web 3 project promoting healthy lifestyles via a move-to-earn economy, announced the latest campaign that offers users a chance to win a year’s salary ($24,000) as the Chief Walking Officer. This new campaign aims to grow the Sweat Economy community and promote more physical activities across its user base.
Announced Monday, the initiative welcomes all $SWEAT Wallet mobile application users. Simply, the users can opt into a prized draw by paying 25 $SWEAT tokens and 1 $SWEAT token as a fee, and the draw winner will become the Chief Walking Officer. The submissions for the draw will run from April 3 2023 till April 16, 2023, with one lucky winner getting the opportunity to earn 2,000 $USDT monthly for a year by walking 5,000 steps minimum per day. The winner will have to maintain this average over the course of the year to become Sweat Economy’s “Chief Walking Officer”.
Launched in 2015, Sweat Economy aims to incentivize users to exercise more and become more physically active which correlates to a healthier world. The move-to-earn platform encourages its 120 million users to walk and run more, earning them Sweatcoin according to their daily movements. These tokens can be redeemed for branded products, digital services and charitable donations. Recently, the platform converted its Sweatcoin to $SWEAT tokens, allowing users to utilize their earned tokens in the DeFi space through staking, NFTs, gaming, transferring value, etc.
The latest initiative will bring the Sweat Economy closer to its missions and goals, placing it “miles ahead” of its competition, as the team statement read.
“Sweat Economy is the only project that incentivizes users to walk every day with a guaranteed amount that is close to a full-time income in most countries,” it further reads.
Once the draw entry period closes, the Sweat Economy team will conduct a randomized prize draw on a live stream on their official social media pages on April 17, 2023. The winner will be announced during the live stream.
Since its inception with the Sweatcoin Web 2 app, the platform has grown its user base to over 120 million users globally. The success of its Web 2 app transpired through its Web 3 app with over 15 million+ users holding the $SWEAT token, since the TGE event in late September last year.
