Leading bitcoin wallet and information service provider Blockchain (also known as Blockchain.info) has brought aboard attorney Marco Santori into a Global Policy Counsel position.
From the company’s announcement this week:

Marco has spoken and conducted outreach on the industry’s behalf at the highest levels of government and industry, including state and federal regulators and policymakers, bulgebracket banks, credit unions, and global payments companies.[/blockquote]
Santori has extensive experience on the topic of bitcoin, and has previously provided a testimony on behalf of the Bitcoin Foundation to the New York Department of Financial Services with regard to the recently-released BitLicense proposals.

Blockchain.info has been growing rapidly over the past year. In most recent news relating to the company, it was announced that the company’s Chief Security Officer, Andreas Antonopoulos, assumed an advisory role due to a busy schedule.
