Specialized software will identify key features of a digital film, and will cross-reference this data against videos on the internet. If an infringement is detected, Naughty America can immediately verify they are the original owners of the clip and take the necessary action.
Additionally, all future Naughty America video content will be inserted into the DECENT blockchain automatically. All of the adult company’s subsidiaries will have their content embedded as well. Whether or not this solution will outpace the distribution of pirated content, remains to be seen.
The primary reason for partnering with DECENT is due to their blockchain being tailored towards audiovisual content. There is no censorship limitation or sale of personal information to third-party entities. Combatting piracy can be achieved with blockchain technology, and this partnership is the first step towards achieving that goal.
