VESA and Niko OGs unite
Niko from Asvoria and VESA met back in 2019, through another legend, crypto family man Didi Taihuttu. Didi was set to be immortalized as the Bitcoin Atlas in an art piece in Las Vegas, and he took the chance to make the introduction. Niko collected an early crypto artwork from VESA, called Black Sheep. Standing out from the crowd was not a rare occurrence for Niko and in the coming years that relentless pursuit created a true Web3 spatial web that brings people together.

Over the years, the twos would join forces on a multitude of projects. Most notably Niko started implementing a unique VESA gallery in Asvoria that showcased VESA’s fingerprint through artworks and mythical surroundings. Some of the fresh Senses- works found their home in the Asvoria VESA gallery and look amazing against the majestic backdrop.
So what is Asvoria all about? In their own words, Asvoria is an AI- powered spatial web solution for scalable, open-access apps and experiences. What really makes it amazing is how much the team has their finger on the pulse, when it comes to customization and culture. Asvoria have managed to create pockets of relevant culture within their spatial web and all the touches and add-ons that really matter, are yours to customize. This is of course, magic for brands looking to establish their storefront and sport the colours of their brand, because an engaged user base is more likely to interact with your virtual establishment.

The new Senses series has already been shooting with 8 new models, and the expression has now expanded to video format also.
A new Senses work with circus artist Hennajasmiini
The process itself relies heavy on the life story, experience and vibe of the model collaborators. The models are most often surprised as to how different the process is to a normal modelling or acting gig. Hennajasmini was a firework to collaborate with showcasing emotional and body mastery. Her story is unusual for a Finn, which she lives through intuition and following her north star plan.
Joanna Wallinheimo, an actress, describes herself as a girl of the dark. She loves and embraces it on many levels, yet there is a slight dualistic Stockholm syndrome present also. We explored family tragedies in a new light, childhood aspirations, her relationship with the color black, as well as then notions of hope. As a sociable and bubbly person to be around, in her art, she expressed the spectrum within from light to dark. The dance with her unstoppable will, energy to live ambitiously and unapologetically, as well as her relationship with death. We listened to the Doors, found nuances around it all, and this is the first artwork to emerge from the collaboration. It feels like a purgatory of sorts. It’s honest, pays respect to the dark, and yet has space for the light emerge also.
The artwork is part of her life portrayed as the epic story in a personal manner it appropriately and actually is. The process of making the Senses works is somewhat difficult to describe. There is an element of story, expression, psychology, technology, spirituality, and often – a sense of liberation.
These and many more will be implented around the pyramid frames around VESA’s space in Asvoria.
