Sticking To The Plan

Once a trading plan has been fully developed, a trader must stick to the plan. Letting emotions get in the way can lead to snap judgment that ruins profitability and exposes a trader to more risk.

If the initial plan were poor or effective, by changing it mid-way through, there would be no quantifiable data that can be reviewed and learned from.

If the plan was stuck to entirely, it is easier to understand what went wrong and why.
