VibraVid.io powered by BeatzCoin (BTZC) will commence migration to the BTFS Mainnet
As BitTorrent File System (BTFS) Mainnet was officially launched on October 1, VibraVid.io will be migrating from the successfully implemented BTFS Testnet to the new BTFS Mainnet in order to increase upload speeds, and enable a more robust and decentralized file storage.
VibraVid is working closely with both BitTorrent Inc and TRON Foundation to make sure the migration to BTFS Mainnet goes as smooth as possible. For the duration of the migration to BTFS Mainnet, uploads to VibraVid will be temporarily halted, while all current audio and video content already uploaded to VibraVid can be enjoyed by current and new users alike.
VibraVid and its native token BeatzCoin (BTZC) is built and is running on the TRON blockchain Mainnet. This means that all transactions, transfers, sales and bounties recorded on VibraVid have and will continue to be recorded on the immutable distributed ledger of the TRON blockchain.
The BTFS Mainnet now has more than 3,000 new BTFS nodes added to BitTorrent Client, bringing BTFS one step closer to becoming the world’s largest and first scalable decentralized storage system. VibraVid’s decision to utilize BTFS for its decentralized storage solution of audio and video files eliminates a central point of failure due to BTFS’s robust and decentralized nature, a problem that centralized streaming platforms suffer from today.
TRON Foundation announced on October 1 that BitTorrent File System (BTFS) has completed its official launch of the BTFS Mainnet
Over the past 24 hours, VibraVid has additionally upgraded its protocol to a hardened API, which will further increase the protection of user data and implemented numerous bug fixes. The VibraVid platform is encrypted with AES-256 (Advanced Encryption Standard), which is considered to be one of the world’s top ciphers.
