Genesis from Hypecloud is a brand new NFT collection of 3,800 unique, hand-drawn, digital artworks with 155 traits Hypecloud says represents the diversity of the NFT scene.

“It’s all for fun, of course, but when coming up with a theme for our new NFT collection we thought why not create one which captures the traits of the collectors? So, we came up with 155 unique traits, some rarer than others and we put together Genesis. The traits and collection of the breakdown are new, but the real innovation will come later when token holders will have the chance to create new mutated versions of their NFTs.” A spokesperson for Hypecloud.

The three classes

As well as the 155 traits, the collection also breaks down into three overall genres, general Hodlers, rare Astronauts, and mythic rare Warriors.

• Hodlers: there are 2959 Hodlers, each one unique and designed to represent a whole cross-section of the crypto community. There are social media influences, day traders, and even the crypto curious. Their traits include fashion brands, pop culture references, and accessories.
• Astronauts: in the collection, there are 510 NFTs representing those gunning for the moon. In trading, this is a reference to the meteoric price rises which can turn some traders into millionaires in minutes. As you’d expect their traits are suitably out of this world featuring space helmets, logos, and jet packs.
• Warriors: there are 261 warriors in the genesis collection. These represent the pivotal pioneers whose innovations, coding, and left field thinking help make crypto what it is today. Warrior traits include weaponry, armour, and other insignia.

Mutant strains

As mentioned above token holders will have the chance to earn additional mutated NFTs based on their own tokens as well as other benefits like raffles and member-only airdrops.

Giving back

Another unique aspect of the Genesis collection is the voting rights holding an NFT brings. This community voice will also get a say in how proceeds are shared. Hypecloud intends to reinvest some of the capital raised in emerging talent and it will fall to the community to decide who or what the project backs.

Public sale

The presale is yet to be announced, but for your chance to grab one of the coveted 850 spots join the community today.
