In August 2025, Mova, a next-generation public blockchain built for high performance, institutional-grade trust, and a modular architecture, officially launched its first testnet, “Mars”, now open to developers and node operators worldwide. This milestone marks a new stage in Mova’s mission to deliver production-ready, compliant blockchain infrastructure.

Mova not only demonstrates exceptional performance and stability, but also integrates a one-click compliant issuance platform that supports rapid deployment of Tokens, NFTs, and RWAs, providing a practical, viable technical solution for the large-scale institutional adoption of Web3 applications.

Full-Stack Compliance Module: Instant Issuance with Built-In On-Chain Compliance

For the first time, the Mova testnet introduces a “one-click compliant asset issuance” capability:

  • Asset Types: Token / NFT / RWA
  • Compliance Modules: Account labelling, KYC/AML transaction policies, and fully traceable on-chain audits
  • Application Scenarios: Institutional-grade issuance, cross-border payments, and compliant asset securitisation

This makes Mova one of the first modular public blockchains to embed compliance modules directly into its base-layer architecture, building a strong bridge between traditional finance and Web3.

Full Access to Testnet Features

The “Mars” testnet is now open to global users with the following core features:

  • Account & Asset Management: Wallet creation, transfers, and balance queries
  • Faucet: Claim test tokens to participate in network testing
  • Block Explorer: Real-time viewing of transactions, blocks, and node status (supports dual explorers)
  • Node Deployment Testing: Open deployment for community, validator, and audit nodes
  • Compliance Module Demonstration: Showcasing account labelling, transaction compliance strategies, and traceability capabilities

Performance Highlights — AWS Public Environment Testing

During internal performance evaluations of the “Mars” testnet, the Mova team conducted multiple rounds of high-intensity stress testing and stability verification in a standard AWS public data centre environment.

  • Hardware Configuration: Each consensus node ran on high-performance servers equipped with 96-core CPUs, 192GB DDR4 RAM, and 2TB NVMe SSD storage
  • Network Conditions: AWS public internet (200Mbps bandwidth), with nodes deployed across five major global regions (Singapore, Frankfurt, New York, Tokyo, Sydney) achieving average intercontinental latency < 300ms and inter-regional latency < 50ms
  • Operating System: Ubuntu Server 24.04 LTS, with kernel parameters optimised to enhance network I/O and parallel processing capabilities

Test Results:

  • Peak Throughput: Single-chain peak transaction speed of 110,547 TPS (standard transfer mode) and an average of 100,108 TPS, maintaining zero error rate under high concurrency
  • Finality: Confirmation in under 1.5 seconds, with consistent block production and stable latency across multi-region consensus

Resource Utilisation: CPU usage peaking below 85%, memory usage below 70%, and storage I/O latency at millisecond levels

  • Network Stability: 99.99% uptime over 30 consecutive days with no major node downtime events
  • Modular Execution Testing: Parallel execution engine achieving average response times below 1ms for concurrent multi-contract deployments and calls

An Open Call to Developers and the Community

Mova emphasises that the testnet phase is a critical stage for validating both technical performance and ecosystem mechanisms. The team will soon launch testnet reward programmes targeting developers, node operators, and general users, encouraging active participation to further validate and refine Mova’s modular, compliance-ready blockchain infrastructure.

In addition, a special community campaign for the “Mars” testnet will be launched soon, featuring generous rewards. Users are encouraged to claim their test tokens now, explore the testnet’s features, and get fully prepared for the upcoming event.
