How New Crypto Token, MRI is Helping MMA Fighters to Achieve their Goals

One of the main challenges facing MMA fighters, especially those getting started, is the poor pay they receive. While UFC has been the biggest promotion in the world of MMA, for years, there has been a pay dispute between the owners and the fighters, with top earners making so much more. This is a huge disadvantage for those who are just starting or haven’t been in the industry for long as they do not make a lot which pushes some of these fighters to enter the ring with injuries and other ailments due to financial constraints.

The frustration and injuries sometimes cause some to give up on their dreams as they do not have anyone to turn to for help. This was part of what brought an inspired team of 11 fight fans together to start the now-viral crypto-token, Marshall Rogan Inu (MRI).

According to the team, one of the reasons they started the project was to empower athletes by giving them the help that they needed. Getting back into the ring with an injury or any other ailment is tough for a fighter. It also keeps their career at risk as one wrong move can have such a great impact forcing some to quit, explains the team at Marshall Rogan Inu.

Unfortunately, since many of these MMA fighters do not make enough to cover their day-to-day expenses, they are forced to fight even with injuries to escape the financial constraints they would be under if they had to skip the match and miss a paycheck. With their MRI crypto-token, Marshall Rogan Inu is helping MMA fighters to achieve their goals by making their journey easier.

Their one-of-a-kind token offers direct sponsorship to fighters in the form of Ethereum and native MRI, which can then be liquidated to help cover the expenses. Holding the MRI tokens will incentivize the project’s success and incorporate themselves into the community. Marshall Rogan Inu has so far helped several fighters, including Ian Heinisch by covering his stem surgery costs. They also helped another MMA fighter purchase a new car as his old one had broken down and he couldn’t attend training.

While it was started only three weeks ago, Marshall Rogan Inu’s impact in the sporting industry, more so in mixed martial arts, is clearly visible. They have reached 5000 token holders, with many MMA fighters showing support, including Ian, who came on board as their advisor after his treatment. MRI has also been featured on Chael Sonnen’s podcast on YouTube, which has 1M subscribers. UFC champions such as Brandon Moreno, Chito Figuerdo, and 2nd Division Champion Henry Cejudo have given them a shout-out as support.

As the Marshall Rogan Inu continues to grow, the team says that their goal is to help many more MMA fighters when they find themselves in difficulty. They want to work hand-in-hand with the UFC and become a major sponsor of the UFC, just like crypto.com, Monster, and Venum, among others that are driving change in the industry.
