The Clarity Act And Regulatory Momentum
According to XRP supporter Remi Relief, XRP’s price will break above $1,000 by the end of the cycle. This bullish outlook is based on how XRP reacts after the proposed Clarity Act is finally passed. The Clarity Act is an anticipated market structure bill that supporters believe could define clearer rules for digital assets in the United States and remove uncertainty around crypto regulation, including XRP. Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse is betting on the Clarity Act to be signed into law by April.
However, Remi Relief noted that US President Donald Trump wants progress on the legislation’s passing as early as March 1. According to this view, regulatory clarity would significantly benefit Ripple Labs and, by extension, XRP.
